Coach Transfers:

All F1 packages include return coach transfers to the track on Qualifying & Race Day
Coach transfers are shared transfers with other F1 clients unless a private coach transfer is requested and quoted

Flights:

All F1 packages exclude flights. We will gladly quote on flights by request

Visas:

Travel visa requirements will be the client’s responsibility
We will gladly refer clients to our preferred visa agents to ensure a prompt and stress-free process

F1 Packages Include:

3 nights’ accommodation at chosen hotel including breakfast daily
Weekend F1 ticket per person (Grandstand OR Hospitality)
Return Hotel – Track coach transfers on Qualifying and Race Day (Shared coach transfers)
Local ground agent representatives on hand to contact for any emergencies or general assistance

Pricing:

All package pricing is subject to hotel and ticket availability at time of requesting quote
Pricing may fluctuate depending on rate of exchange at time of booking

Payment terms & conditions:

A Non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking
Balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to event date
Should booking be confirmed within 8 weeks of event date then 100% payment is required to secure booking
Payments accepted via electronic transfer or secure credit card link only
